Welcome to Sandooq El-Amara. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, web portal, and associated software tools. By installing, accessing, or using Sandooq El-Amara, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope and Nature of Service

Sandooq El-Amara is a productivity software utility designed for building treasurers, property owners, and homeowner associations (HOAs / Occupants' Unions). It assists in logging maintenance dues, tracking arrears, registering expenses, managing petty cash, and generating formatted PDF statements and WhatsApp payment receipts.

The application is strictly an organizational accounting software tool. It does not provide banking, escrow, custodial, or money transmission services. Its function is limited to recording calculations and facilitating transparent communication between building residents and property administration.

2. Account Security & Data Accuracy

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial data, apartment numbers, resident contact details, and monetary amounts entered into the application.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality and physical security of their mobile devices and Google credentials used for cloud authentication.
• We strongly advise generating periodic PDF and Excel backups to maintain permanent physical and digital archives for your building's board meetings.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trial

• Free Trial: New accounts receive an unrestricted free trial period to evaluate all premium capabilities, verify compatibility, and ensure satisfaction before committing to any paid plan.
• Paid Plans: Following the free trial, users may subscribe via Google Play In-App Subscriptions or authorized direct local payment gateways (including InstaPay in Egypt) at the published rates.
• Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions billed via Google Play can be reviewed, modified, or cancelled at any time directly through Google Play Store subscription settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, algorithms, source code, UI designs, brand marks, and software assets associated with Sandooq El-Amara are the exclusive property of engineer Amr Emam. Reverse engineering, decompilation, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While we adhere to rigorous mathematical and programmatic quality standards, Sandooq El-Amara and its developer disclaim any liability for civil, financial, or personal disputes between property co-owners or residents, or for errors resulting from inaccurate user data entry.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms to reflect product enhancements, legal compliance, or operational requirements. Any material changes will be announced on this page with an updated timestamp.
