Sandooq El-Amara is engineered with an Offline-First philosophy. The app operates independently on your device without requiring continuous internet connectivity. All financial calculations, resident ledgers, and expense registries remain saved locally on your phone, ensuring you can manage accounts in underground basements, parking garages, or areas with poor cellular coverage.

2. Cloud Synchronization & Secure Authentication

When you opt to activate cloud synchronization to prevent data loss or coordinate between multiple board members, identity verification is managed exclusively via Google Sign-In:

• Building records are tied strictly to your authenticated cloud UID; no unauthorized third party can read or modify your database.
• We never access, store, or process your email account passwords; authentication uses official OAuth 2.0 tokens directly with Google.
• Cloud security rules enforce granular read/write authorization at the database level.

3. Strict No-Sale & Zero Ad-Tracking Policy

We operate under a strict privacy pledge: we never sell, rent, monetize, or share your building's financial records, phone numbers, apartment balances, or personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or third parties. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the functionality you explicitly request within the application.

4. Manual Backups & Total Data Portability

You always retain full ownership of your data. The application allows you to generate complete database backups at any time, save them locally, share them to your personal Google Drive, or export comprehensive financial records into Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and printable PDF formats.

5. Right to Erasure & Complete Account Deletion

We respect your absolute right to control and remove your information. You may permanently delete your building's database, cloud synchronization records, and account profile at any time directly within app settings or by submitting a request via our Support & Account Deletion Page.
