Sandooq El-Amara is a specialized mobile app for managing accounts, monthly collections, and maintenance expenses for residential buildings and Homeowners Associations (HOA) in Egypt.
Why Did We Start This Project?
The concept emerged directly from everyday reality in Egyptian residential properties. Anyone stepping into the shoes of a building treasurer or joining an HOA board encounters familiar hurdles:

- The awkwardness of reminding neighbors about arrears without formal documentation.

That is why we engineered Sandooq El-Amara to be straightforward, mobile-first, and fully operational even without an active internet connection.
