Account & Data Deletion Instructions

In full compliance with Google Play data safety regulations and modern privacy standards, you maintain absolute ownership of your personal data and may delete it completely at any time through either of the following methods:

1. Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)

• Launch the Sandooq El-Amara app on your Android smartphone.
• Open the Settings tab from the bottom navigation bar.
• Select Cloud Backup & Account and tap Delete Account & Cloud Data.
• Your local database, synced backups, and user credentials will be purged permanently and immediately.

2. Deletion Request via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer our team to verify full deletion across all backups:

• Send an email from your registered account address to: amr@sandoqalemara.com
• Use the subject line: Account & Data Deletion Request - Sandooq El-Amara
• All records, cloud database documents, and metadata will be permanently purged within 24 hours, followed by a formal email confirmation.
