Summary: Sandooq El-Amara is designed to empower property managers and residential associations. We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your building records or personal data to any third-party advertisers.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide accounting, dues collection, and property management services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials through Google Firebase Authentication.
- Property & Financial Data: Building name, unit identifiers, resident names, collection dues, and expense records entered by the user.
- Technical Logs: Anonymized diagnostic logs and performance metrics provided by Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application reliability.
2. Device Permissions & Specific Purposes
- — Microphone / Speech Recognition: Used solely on-demand when you use the voice input assistant ("Uncle Amin"). Audio is processed into text in real time and is never stored permanently.
- — Documents & Receipts: Used to save exported PDF financial statements, Excel sheets, and payment vouchers to your device.
- — Reminders: Used to deliver timely reminders regarding collection schedules and cloud backup completions.
- — In-App Purchases: Managed securely by Google Play. We never store credit card or banking information.
3. Data Sharing & Zero-Sale Commitment
Your data is strictly yours. We never share or sell personal or financial information to third parties. Data is stored securely in encrypted Google Cloud Firestore databases protected by strict security rules.
4. Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud records at any time:
- In-App Deletion: Settings & Backup → Danger Zone → Delete Account Completely.
